Retigo Vision 623 combi ovens are ideal for operations serving up to 50 portions per day. The gastronorm container size is GN 2/3 (354×325 mm). These combi ovens can be installed on a standard stand, on a wall-mounted console, or right on a table. The steam generation system is by injection only.
