Baby T was born from our Barista T model for the commercial channel. It uses the same technology and has the same features, but in a reduced size (35 cm). This allows to have a high quality of extraction, in any place: the horeca channel, coffee shops, food trucks, offices, boutiques and, of course, at home.
A 100% professional machine: multi-group, total Pid control (coffee and steam), exceptional thermal stability and energy efficient.
A new concept, a new technology, adapted to a new reality to make professional espressos and cappuccinos anywhere and, especially, at home.

Control all the parameters of your machine through the mobile.
Via Bluetooth. Easy and comfortable. The same settings that you also have from the keypad of the machine and more:
- On/off coffee group and steam boiler
- Schedules weekly shutdown/start. Improves energy efficiency
- Standby activation
- Electronic PID control of coffee groups temperature. Accuracy 0.1ºC
- Electronic PID control of steam boiler temperature. Accuracy 1 ºC
- Choice ºC or ºF
- Counter (number of coffees, total and partial)
- Programmable preinfusion in each selection (from 0 to 5 seconds). Accuracy of 0.1 sec in all selections
- Volumetric adjustment of all options
- Connection to water network or tank

After the creation of our Big Dream model, in which we have changed a technical criterion used for more than 100 years (using stainless steel instead of copper and brass), we wanted to continue creating unique products. A product that would also mark a turning point in the industry.
