The intuitive and user-friendly digital controller allows a range of fast chilling and freezing cycles including both soft and hard chilling to suit a range of foods. Despite its compact size, the dynamic ACTIVA MX3 manages to include both automatic defrost and a raw fish sanitation cycle, perfect for smaller kitchens with versatile needs. The core probe is included with this model as standard and even features an automatic check for the correct insertion.
