has both more space and more power. This is a 12-tray prover/ holding cabinet made with the good looks and durability typical of this redesigned series. An auto- humidity generator and holding cabinet function mode are standard, with easy to use controls. This unit can be stand-alone or stacked with the E32 oven system, and comes with a eld reversible left or right hand hinged door. The fully insulated double-skin cabinet construction ensures efficient heating and a plug-in connection makes it easy to install
